ShipFromHere is a warehouse management and order fulfillment platform that different
businesses use to handle daily orders, product returns. It helps make inventory management, order
fulfillment, and returns easier for businesses from anywhere outside or inside the USA. The system
has different roles – Admin, Employee (warehouse staff), and Client—so everyone can work and
collaborate together smoothly and efficiently.


Core System Modules:
ShipFromHere includes the following core modules and functions:

  1. User Management – Role-based access for Admin, Employee (warehouse staff), and
    Client accounts.
  2. Orders – Bulk import of orders from Excel/CSV or manually entry, streamlined
    processing, and outbound fulfillment.
  3. Returns – Logging, storing, and forwarding of returned items.
  4. Inventory Tracking – Managing stock visibility, including tracking of items / returned
    items
  5. Invoicing – Simplified and automated billing to clients.
    Operational Process:
  6. Sample Management
    Sample products are strategically stored in the USA warehouse. When clients in the USA request
    samples, the warehouse dispatches them locally, reducing shipping costs and ensuring faster
    delivery times.
  7. Main Product Shipment
    Once samples are approved by clients, the main products are shipped directly from the client’s
    desired country to clients in the USA. The warehouse does not handle these main product
    shipments, maintaining operational efficiency.
  8. Product Returns Processing
    When customers need to return products, they send them to the warehouse instead of shipping
    overseas. The warehouse consolidates these returns and forwards them to the client’s desired
    country at optimal times, significantly reducing shipping costs.
