Invoice Generation

The workflow involves accessing a dataset stored in Google Sheets from a Python program running on Google Colab. First, authenticate access to the Google Sheets API from the Colab environment. Then, fetch the required data from the Google Sheet using the API. Next, process the data within the Python program to generate invoices according to the dataset. Finally, execute the program within the Google Colab environment, allowing it to interact with the Google Sheets data and produce the invoices seamlessly.

Ticket Management System

This project optimizes labor ticket generation and approval processes within an organization. Employees input their working hours via the custom Clide app interface, initiating automatic labor ticket creation. These tickets undergo an approval workflow, enabling supervisors to review and approve submissions. Upon approval, a webhook triggers a Flask API, which compiles the approved labor ticket details into an Excel spreadsheet. This sheet is then uploaded to a designated drive and emailed to the admin for record-keeping. Utilizing Clide App, Flask API, Excel, Google Drive, and email integration, the system enhances operational efficiency by automating processes, minimizing errors, and expediting approvals and record-keeping. It ensures seamless workflow and timely updates to administrative personnel, ultimately improving organizational productivity.

Developed using C# and Console App, with Http Listener for communication, this application ensures efficient management of VMS configurations. Its seamless automation streamlines operations, enhancing productivity and reliability in managing virtual machine settings.

Utilizing Agile methodologies, we design a MongoDB database and integrate Redis for efficient caching. Backend development with C# and .NET Core 6, coupled with Angular for frontend, ensures a robust platform. Security remains paramount through authorization/authentication features and user access management. Integration of SMS services enhances communication. Ongoing tasks involve orchestrating data synchronization and managing the admin section for payments and user accounts. This comprehensive approach ensures a seamless and secure telemedicine experience.
