Operational Process:
1. Sample Management
Sample products are strategically stored in the USA warehouse. When clients in the USA request samples, the warehouse dispatches them locally, reducing shipping costs and ensuring faster delivery times.
2. Main Product Shipment
Once samples are approved by clients, the main products are shipped directly from the client’s desired country to clients in the USA. The warehouse does not handle these main product shipments, maintaining operational efficiency.
3. Product Returns Processing
When customers need to return products, they send them to the warehouse instead of shipping overseas. The warehouse consolidates these returns and forwards them to the client’s desired country at optimal times, significantly reducing shipping costs.
